Yulia Chistyakova won a gold medal and Yan Urusov set a Russian National Bench Press Record

Sheiko’s students outperformed at the Russian National Bench Press Championships.

Yulia Chistyakova won a gold medal in Category 72kg/159lbs. She benched 170kg/374lb in a single ply shirt for a new personal best.

Yan Urusov was the strongest in the Category 66kg/145lbs. He set a new Russian National Record with 225kg/496lbs.

Both athletes displayed a high level of professionalism by completing all attempted lifts.
