Sheiko’s student Yan Urusov won Bench Press Champion of Russia

Yan Urusov – 24 years old, a student of Boris Sheiko has recently become the Bench Press Champion of Russia, lifting in the 66kg division at the IPF Russian Cup, with a bench press of 207.5kg. Yan Urusov is also a two time IPF Bench Press World Champion. Yan lives in the same Russian city Ufa as his coach Boris Sheiko.
