Russian Equipped Bench Press Cup – Progress Update
Three of three Boris Sheiko’s students improved their results at Russian Equipped Bench Press Cup, which recently took place in Ufa. Yulia Chistyakova took the 1st place with 160kg at 72kg. Yan Urusov also won 1st place with 221kg (national record) at 66kg. Honorable mention goes to Salavat Masyagutov who ended up in 4th place with 225kg at 83kg. Salavat improved his result by 42.5 kg in 9 months using Boris’ training system.
