Technique advices from Boris Sheiko:
- First of all you have to increase your bodyweight. That is the aim # 1. You are very tall. If you add even 10 kg to your current b/w you will get very good sum soon just because of gaining weight. Soon I’ll create plan for gaining muscles as well as strength of course. Remember that height plays an important role in powerlifting and weightlifting. Shorter athlete has advantage over others inside one weight class.
- Squat. Too deep squat, back muscles is weaker than legs. That is the reason of leaning forward.
- Benchpress. Small arch, too big speed of barbell descent. That is the reason of relaxing your arms.
- Deadlift. When you are trying to get start position, put your feet at 45 degrees. It is important to move your head up (chin is parallel to the floor). It helps your to keep your back straight.
