Some of advices on technique from Boris Sheiko :
- Benchpress. Too bad that you have no partner. You make arch, then take barbell off the rack and your arch is destroyed. You move the shoulder blades to each other when benching, and because of this it turns jerking. You have to find the partner.
- Weak back muscles. That’ why your body is leaning forward when you squat. We will add more exercises for back.
- Stop squatting without a belt! Immediately! Put bell on when squat 60 kg and more.
