Technique advice from Boris Sheiko:

- Squat. Too deep. You do extra work. It is not needed. The deeper squat the harder.Pay attention to your knees. Do not move them to each other on the way up.

- Bench press. You have long arms. That is why you have to widen you grip. Widen it a bit (add 1 thickness of a finger from each side). Yyou can feel the pain, this feeling will be stopped in 2-3 workouts.

- Dedlift off boxes. Your toes are directed inside, they should be directed a bit outside.
