Day 2
1. 2sec paused deadlift to the knees 75% 2×4 sets*
2. Bench press with bands 75% 2×4 sets
3. Deadlift with chains 75% 3×4 sets
4. Front delts 6×5 sets
5. Hyperextensions 8x4sets
* – warm-up sets were done before the heavietst weight, which is 75% from 1RM
