Been working through sheiko numbered programs for a while and will continue up until competition

my squat form isnt great, have looked through the vids and noticed im not breaking at the hips, and am sure there are other problems

Hello. First impression: you need to squat deeper.Try to get really tight, hold your breath and squat

I second the squat depth. Also spend less time on your set up!
