Leg press, French press, etc with the app

New to sheiko, been a long time user of multi year app. So far I love the new program with sheiko. It started me with advanced medium load prep 1. Just curious about the exercises other than the big 3, like leg press, French press, dips. When these other exercises come up should I be trying to use a weight I can hit the prescribed reps with? And if I change it accordingly will it update as I come across the exercises later in the program? I tried searching if this had already been asked, but mostly came across the question regarding the spreadsheet workouts.

Usually you do these type of lifts bodybuilding style. So not too heavy and good clean form where you concentrate on training the muscles instead of just moving a weight from point A to B. Any changes to the weight you set to these exercises will be remembered for future workouts.
