Hi Robert

Sheiko Gold looks fantastic, I am currently in the observation period. I'm really excited to see how it programs for me as I have found it hard to consider all the different options when trying to adapt/adjust the original templates.

One question I have is will I be able to split a workout up if needed? My schedule sometimes doesn't (but sometimes does) allow for a 2hr session but I can do two 1hr sessions.

I also train when on shift at the Fire Station so sometimes get disturbed by a call!

So I guess I'm asking if I can 'pause' or split a workout if needed?

I want to do them as prescribed and will do my best to but I was just wondering.

One thing you could do is go through what you can, pausing when needed, and then save when finished. All your times for the individual lifts should be right. Only the overall time would be off. But after you save you can edit the time in the history and subtract out the rest.

Another option is to do what you can in the first session, delete anything you can't do, then start another session later in the day and do whatever you skipped.
