Hi,
I'm brand new to this forum and have been doing lots of research on Sheiko programs. I'm considering running the 3 days/week over 80kg program, but wanted anyone's opinion on whether or not this is the right way to go. I see there's so many Sheiko programs out there that I want to make sure I'm getting into the right one.
Quick background, been lifting for 10 years or so, 31 year old male, 129kg bodyweight. My lifts are Squat 300kg/661lbs, Bench 165kg/365lbs (lots of room to grow here), Deadlift 320kg/705lbs.
Would your advice be to run the over 80kg program?
