The implementation of the app, already provide a mechanism to export and import some programs - For programs sharing. But I yet not exposed to the user.
However there is no plan to export in Excel format.

No, it is not possible.
However also with the apk, the app use the Google License Validation System for unauthorized copy protection.
It is in my plan to publish on Amazon and on personal website with Paypal purchase. But I don't know when this will happen.

Has anyone else had a hard time purchasing this app from the google play store? Every time I try to purchase it and click to pay with paypal it tells me that an error has occured.

Any further detail on error?
Maybe just a temporary error with Play store?

You can try to purchase form a desktop pc and then download from smartphone

I think just a simple "Getting started" feature when you start the app for the first time, would be good to have. Just something that shows you around the different features. I'm not sure how it is on the iOS version since I'm on android, but it seems on iOS you have more of a setup? I can't find anywhere to enter my BW, only maxes, and I'm not  getting put into any category and no program is recommended for me.

Maybe this is coming to android later on? It feels a bit barebones at the moment, compared to iOS version, in terms of configuration. Looking at Bryce's video, you can select gender, bw, raw/equipped, incriments etc. On android I only have maxes.

Unless I just can't find it.

Yes, the Android app is not completely aligned to iOS version. I'm working to introduce also this parameters.
I need a little of time, because I have other deadline. But you definitively will have this paramaters

Very sorry, it seems to be my fault.
I had some health problems, so I can not release the fix today.

For now, you can delete the app's data in Setings > Apps > Sheiko and restart the app.

how is working for you?

It's definitely a work in progress, most features are buggy. At the moment it's not much more than the training programs as noninteractive pictures. But I'm hoping the functionality will be improved in incoming updates.
I guess I do not understand: why do you say that most of the features are buggy?
What problems are you having?

The training programs are not "non-interactive images", in fact you can create custom programs and change them to your liking.

Edit: I see now your next post. Yes they are all feature in my TODO list for the next release

I've got a narrow stance, excessive forward knee travel squat too. For me the problem is a weak back.

It is interesting that you say weak back. Sheiko said weak legs when he saw my squat :D. I

You are lucky guys!
I have a weak back and more weak legs

Tutorials / Re: Great Bench Press Biomechanics Tutorial by Connor Lutz
« on: February 08, 2015, 12:17:33 AM »

I love the biomechanic terms! Because they are a formal way to describe something. They are precise, unique and well documented in literature. On the other hand, too frequently in gyms are used inappropriate terms that generate confusion and ambiguities.

Just last week, a fitness trainer, that claim to be a posturologist, tried to explain me that the bench press arch is bad and that my back would have disintegrated. And I have not found a way to explain my reasons, just because we did not have a common vocabulary.

I think that is a good way to communicate, without invent strange and fantasy  terms.

This video contains a lot of useful information, and surely the info from a IPF champions are always interesting because you have the chance to understand how a champion think.

However I really don't understand how is possible to transfer the reaction force, given from pushing the shoulders against the bench, to the barbell.
The point of application is the point of the contact of the shoulders on the bench. Indeed the reaction force have the same point of application, that is not the barbell.
Anyone can explain better this section of the video?

Don't worry, you're not misunderstanding physics.  ;)The normal force isn't going to contribute. I think someone showed him a force diagram when the bar was racked and when it is in the lifters hands and he misunderstood what he was looking at. The rigid arch helps of course though.

lol, ok, now it has a sense :Dthank you!

I think that the 4-day program is a big step and depends strongly on your life-style. If it not introduce too much stress, for work, social life and others you should try it.

I'm trying to do the same thing, with more 4 workout a week with less volume (Lifts Number) for each workout. In past I tried a 4-day program but it devastated me, too much volume. Maybe the adaptation take a while and need to go with small steps.

P.S. Android App is in private beta now :)

Edit: Oh, I'm just an amateur powerliter, indeed not an expert. Just my 2 cents :)
