Should we run it with true maxes or inflated maxes?

For the 4 day programs in the app. Should I run the prep cycles over and over and skip the comp cycle if I'm not competing? Or should I still run the comp cycle

If i just came from intermediate 3 day advanced load where should i start with the 4 day? (which load?)

finishing up with intermediate large load, made fairly decent progress on squat/deadlift and none on bench. Should I move on to the 4 day advanced? or repeat the intermediate large load with some extra volume for bench?

If im not competing do I run through the comp cycle completely? or should I reset and run my new maxes after skills test day

I would recommend to run the extra taping (the rest of the program) to get some deload and be ready for a new cycle.

I just did my test day. 410lb (+10lb) squat for relatively easy single, Failed a 285lbs bench (current max is 275lbs) and got a 545(+20lb) deadlift. Should I max again at the end of comp cycle? or just deload and reset

Im currently doing the UNDER 80kg spreadsheet (or the large load intermediate) and on week 4 on the second workout of the week the app has me doing deadlift to my knees, while the excel sheets just states regular deadlifts. Which one should I doing?

Would I load with 5 weeks on the medium load prep cycle then start to taper down everything 3 weeks out?

my meet is coming up in 9 weeks but I'm taking this week to deload so 8 weeks of training. how would I prep for it with the sheiko app? i'm going to be in 75kg class and my lifts are 165/110/215 kg.

the app placed me in advanced medium load prep cycle 1 but what templates should i do with only 8 weeks? thanks
