Replace the second session with the supplemental. I also adjust the percentages depending on what I'm doing.  In the case of the squat to pins I might add 5-10% extra.

On Robert's hypertrophy mod. Just did Monday of the test week, squat PR of 405lb,+35lb PR after 9 weeks (I cut 2 weeks off from the accumulation block). I'm ECSTATIC!! Can't wait for Wednesday!!
