Hey guys started my sheiko not too long ago. Current total is 180/140/270 kg bw 90 kg. Should I be using 5/2.5/1 increments? On my 105% testing day id be 190/147.5/282.5 using 2.5 if I use 5 itd be 190/145/285

I use 2.5 kg increments. Don't stare blind on the 105%, go according to your judgement. 5% increase can be a lot, especially when your deadlift is already 270 kg.
