Help with Program order - 16 weeks out

Hi everyone,

Competing at 93 kg at the end of June (IPF/CPU raw w/ no wraps). My current bests are: 202.5/137.5/227.5 = 567.5 Total

I have recently completed 37, 31 and am on last week of 31 again (with a fourth day added for deadlifts and GPP, so basically a modified CMS Prep).

I am responding well to the program's volume so far and my technique has seen great improvement. (Kudos to Boris and others for posting their programs )

I am going to test next week.

Based on those results and given the time frame, I was hoping I could get some advice on program order to get me to peak at the meet (last weekend of June).

Save the comp cycle for the last few weeks and run prep cycles all the way through. Test your maxes every 6-10 weeks along the way too and adjust them as needed going forward.

Thanks, Robert. I'll run cms prep 2, 3, and 4 with a couple weeks taken off one and two. That should get me to the comp.

Will post results.
