Sheiko Gold, a couple of questions
« on: April 27, 2020, 05:05:24 PM »
Hi all. I just joined the forum. I looked around to see if anyone already asked these questions. Couldn't find anything. I hope I'm not duplicating.

A little about me: I'm a master lifter--started when I was 59 and just hit the five year mark. I am by no means a talented lifter or even particularly strong, but I love it and my training has been very consistent. I got derailed in January when I learned I had a serious coronary artery blockage and had to have by-pass surgery. I was cleared to start lifting again in mid-March. My new PRs are pretty disappointing (SQ 120, BP 63, DL 180). But I'm committed to rebuilding. Last week I started on Sheiko #37. I like it a lot. I'm looking forward to week 2.

On to my questions:

1. I was fooling around with the app and input a completely fake bench press workout. Is there any way to delete it?

2. Is there any way to retroactively input workouts?

Thanks!

Can't delete or add retroactively. If it's only one workout you can probably get away with leaving it there and populating the app with as much real data as possible going forward. The app will forget/ignore stuff that is too old so it'll work out anyway in the end as long as there is real data for it to use.
