Technique advices from Boris Sheiko:
- Dumbbells flies. Elbows have to be on the same line with delts. You lower them below.
- Squat in depth is good. Just keep your chin up and look ahead. It helps you keep your back straight.
- Benchpress 85% – very good. That is bad that nobody helps you to take barbell off. You have to have assistant in benchpress when lifting 80% and more. Also you have to expand your grip. We will do it after comp not now.
