Bench form check (tall lifter /legdrive problem / arch)
« on: April 16, 2016, 01:09:18 PM »
Hey all.

Problems with leg positioning and legdrive. Arch okay.

Without legdrive the setup feels not so solid. Im 197,5cm tall with long arms.

hey!

It is hard to say something about your feet when you can't really see em  ;D

I know you say that you are a tall lifter but arch can still better. Have you tried using your feet to push up your arch (if you get what i am saying..)??

That would help on both your arch and legdrive :)

Yea sorry bout that video angle.

Tried/figured out that widening feet and rotating heels towards midline helped on legdrive and right knee wont hurt.

I try next time to push more on legs. I fear tho that butt will get off the bench....

Hello again.

Here is some update for the bench form.

Felt pretty solid with it and got lil bit of legdrive.

And okay arch!

Funny how it seems slow at own point of view but on video it goes nicely.
