Sumo Deadlift form check

Hello all,

Here is me deadlifting 195kg for 2 reps, my current max is 230kg.

Any critique or analysis would be greatly appreciated.

Looks pretty good tbh, only advice I can give is that your upper back very slightly buckles at the start of the pull, try strengthening this up and see what difference it makes :)Also lowering the weight under control is a great way to get more practice in and build some more muscle for your pulls, give it a go!

Always felt like my upper back needs strengthening will start doing so ASAP.

You could adjust your vision to look slightly higher, you might find it helps with the upper back position as well.
