I have recently bought the app and it's wonderful
But there are some exercise that I cannot perform
Or do not benefit my weaknesses
For example, deadlift with chains, I do not have access to chains
What could be an alternative to this exercise.
Also, board press, I can do bench press from the pins.
My main question is when you substitute exercises it keeps the percentage/weight the same.
When you bring about the edit mode and select a new exercise it says 1 rm max also
But that doesn't alter the poundage.
