Just a reminder. The mesocycle chart still doesn't work. Now using iPhone 6 with latest iOS. Also tried it now in my Iphone 5 again and it has the same problem.
Also I found the nice function of setting 1RM in the accessory movements such as front squat. Although it doesn't seem to effect the choosen weights once using the app.
For instance I'm a very low bar squatter and my front squat is much lower than the avarage lifter and my good mornings are much higher than normally expected. Setting new 1RM in these exercises I can be expected to do sets of 5 front squats with a weight higher then my 1RM.
Of course I can figure out an estimated good weight for these lifts myself, but it is nice if the app does that part of the work for you since the function is there.
