Getting Started Cycle Placement.

Question about

Just had a quick question about the Sheiko app
I entered my 1rms and body weight:

Squat-315lb Bench-210lb Deadlift-375lb
Body weight-181

and it put me in Advanced Medium Load Prep Cycle 1.
Now this confuses me I thought at best I'd be on the lower end of intermediate.

Does that make any sense to you? Or would you recommend I start at a lower level?

Any input greatly appreciated, I know your time is valuable and I thank you for reading my question.

Hey! Have you tried entering your numbers in kilos instead?

Don't put too much weight on the "Beginner", "Intermediate", and "Advanced" titles. If you're clearly a beginner they are helpful. Likewise if you are clearly more experienced. But if you're not so clearly one or the other then your judgement is more important. Boris likes people doing 4 day programs if possible so if your schedule can manage it do that.
