New to sheiko, been a long time user of multi year app. So far I love the new program with sheiko. It started me with advanced medium load prep 1. Just curious about the exercises other than the big 3, like leg press, French press, dips. When these other exercises come up should I be trying to use a weight I can hit the prescribed reps with? And if I change it accordingly will it update as I come across the exercises later in the program? I tried searching if this had already been asked, but mostly came across the question regarding the spreadsheet workouts.
