The universal 4 day seems to correspond exactly to the medium load advanced on the app. However i'm on prep 2 week 5 day 4 and the third exercise calls for "Deadlift w/chains off boxes, bar is 10-12cm below knees" on the spreadsheet but the app just says deadlift with chains.

Did the app just not transfer over precisely or is it a mistake in the spreadsheet? Deadlifting with chains off blocks did seem a bit strange.  12cm below knee is roughly where the bar would normally be i think...

It should be w/chain off blocks but the title bar doesn't have enough space to write it all out so it changed for the app.

Is there going to be any difference between the iphone one and the android one? I mean besides the operating platform.

There are a few differences but the programs and example videos are the same.

there is a bug when opening the app , you need to press back for it to start up.

question regards programs , they are named program 1 , program 2 etc etc , is there a quick way to determine what is which ? like 37 , 32 etc ?

looks good

It's definitely a work in progress, most features are buggy. At the moment it's not much more than the training programs as noninteractive pictures. But I'm hoping the functionality will be improved in incoming updates.
