Why don't you just use the excel programs on the forum and an excel reader on your phone? Works great ;)

I export pages 12-14  i.e the 3 cycles as a pdf file to my phone using Dropbox sync and use Adobe to open it.
Only have to do it once in 12-20 weeks!

The app will be a bit more friendly to use than the spreadsheets. Modifications are easier, you can add notes easily during the workout for each lift, watch video demonstrations of special exercises, and so on. This is also only the first incarnation. A lot more is possible now that we all carry computers in our pockets. This is going to get really good.

Just got the app! looks awesome cant wait to put it to good use after Oceanias! One thing that I have picked up on so far is the minimum % is 50% so when I go to adapt the advanced maximum load for example and I want to make one of the squats into from squats It means I have to start at 50%.

Should you possibly make a App suggestions or problems thread also just an idea.

Love your work.

You're right. There's two new boards now. One for requests and another for app issues. If you wouldn't mind posting about percents and anything else you encounter over there it would be great. That way I have my to-do list all in one place.

Thanks and good luck at Oceanias!

What did you use to build the app with? I might be able to give you a hand in porting it to droid/windows if you'd like.

Objective C. I've looked into porting services. But since I used about two dozen libraries it's not so straight forward.

I know...just got rid of an ipod touch that i had so that i could access all sorts fo things and not be limited. Video editing software is crap on android for example.

I might get an iphone 4s as a beater phone to use this.

Will this be compatible with a 4s?
