excellent, i had sheikodroid on my old phone but it doesnt work on my samsungs5

will the new one have the over 80kg prog on it ?

awesome, the other day i had to call my wife who was at home to pull up the spreadsheet and text my workout to me! ha

In the moment I have a printout (i usually have) and have it saved at my smartphone. I am not going to forget my programme - that's for sure!

There aren't any single lift specialty programs yet. There are lots of things that we'd like to add but there would be no app to release if we waited until it had everything already. This one is 1.0 and there will be upgrades.
