Hello chaps,

I recently came across this classification table, which I personally find more accurate....those other tables look very generous.

The information came from RTS

If your total is raw you're Class I. Find the table: "Powerlifting, Three lifts, Raw, Men (Ukraine Federation, IPF)
"For one to press a lot, one must press a lot, comrade."

Thank you for your reply!

One more question where I did not find any information about is what does (if I use the 3-Day-Split under 80Kg) #37 #30 and #32 for instance stand for?

P.S: Only found this information:

"We previously were presented with a 29-30-31-32 model which some described as a Preparation (29), Accumulation (30), Transmutation (31), Realisation/Peaking (32) scenario.  In fact a number of lifters described 32 as too much of too little when performing it after 8 weeks of moderate training (eg. 29-37-32 or 37-37-32)."

I'm not sure where the numbers came from but they were never put together as an official sequence by Boris until this forum came along.

Although I am not sure I have read that the numbers refers to the page in one of his books where the programmes came from... But Boris would have to confirm this himself I think.

That would be great because I found this very confusing. Especially for beginners who train with Sheiko's style.

Thanks brother!

I already read that. What I also found out is when you find your class you're in (in my case ClassI) you can chose workouts with up to 1000 reps which is also calculated in the sheets in Excel. So a workout by Sheiko with almost 600 repetitions is for beginner and up to 2000 repetitions for advanced as far as I know!
