Hello chaps,

I recently came across this classification table, which I personally find more accurate....those other tables look very generous.

The information came from RTS


I agree. With my 475 total @ 88 kilo I would be a class 1 lifter ? (regional champion .. not likely)

OTOH, the "RTS chart" would put me 35 kilo short of a class III lifter ... which hurts my ego.
