A video a bit didascalic, but very nice views to look this extraordinary athlete, who at 44 years old made his deadlift PR.

I just learned a new word from a non-native English speaker!  Yes the video could have been 30 seconds instead of 6 minutes.  Gillingham is incredible.  My first coach was one of his competitors in the 90's and said there was never a chance of beating him

ahahah! Really? I was wondering whem I was writing if it is really an english word. But actually it seems yes!
