I'll just leave this here...

How do you avoid crushing your bollocks with this technique?
I tried it the other day and the setup is good, but I couldn't avoid that issue.

My bench really sucks so I have to improve my arch a lot more.

Umm... honestly that's never happened. Tuck them up more?

Don't focus so much on improving your arch, improve your bench as a whole. Do more volume, do more assistance, and maintain tight form for every set so you get more practice.

I figured it out today, basically just need to pull the adductors in more so that the legs are on the bench instead of... yeah.

It's slowly moving up, I've gone from being stuck at 75kg, to now around 90kg+ paused. I tried this run of Sheiko with an inflated bench max because I'm frustrated how much it's behind my other lifts, but it was a mistake because I ended up hurting my shoulder which won't heal until I'm back in offseason mode.

I will keep at it!

hhhhh
