Something like drop sets or pre/post-fatigue super sets on isolation movements. I've actually tried this before. I added an extra day to the three day program and did this kind of thing. I didn't really like it though. I was too sore from doing those just once a week. Maybe if I did it more often, as in your plan, and didn't get sore it would have been alright.

i already thought that you mean something like that. As already mentioned, if one will put the GPP on the days inbetween, the individual should have a closer look at, that the GPP won't interfere with the next days main movements.
