Really nice tutorial.

I wrap with cross, even two of them.

What is the reasoning behind such an auspiciously different wrapping-style for the deadlift?

Would love for a Russian (?) speaker to translate to English from the video. Interested in the deadlift wrapping technique. I suspect there isn't as much wrap put around the actual knee joint so the lifter can get down to the bar and push the knees out before the pull?

Are those 2 or 2.5 meter wraps?

I use THP 2 meter, and no matter how hard I pull them, I only get 6 rounds.

What kind of wraps are you using? Do you use a wrap roller? Should get more than 6 from 2 metre wraps...

Thank you guys for the replies.

In this video I count 8 rounds, am I right?

I use THP wraps but no wrap roller.

I guess I just need to get stronger hands to pull them thighter and stronger gut to stand the pain ;D!

I think the wrap roller is the most important part of a gym outside of racks and bars. It helps incredibly
