*Where are you from?
Kansas City, Missouri, USA
*How long have you been training? How long have you been using Super-coach Sheiko's training?
I've trained for a number of years, but specifically for powerlifting for nearly 5 years.  I picked up Sheiko's training methods after watching numerous Ben Rice videos online and seeing his incredible lifts.
*Do you compete? Which Fed?
Yes, I do compete, though not specirfically with any federations.  I've done ADFPF (WDFPF), APA, USAPL, and unaffiliated competitions.  I traditionally like tested lifting, but proximately to home is more important.
*What have you totaled? What are your best lifts?
I recently hit a 650 kg (1433 lb) total going 227.5/170/252.5 at 100 BW.  My best lift has always been my bench but I've made big progress on my squat and deadlift with Sheiko's programming.

Where are you from?
Netherlands
How long have you been training? How long have you been using Super-coach Sheiko's training?

Do you compete? Which Fed?
RAW @ NPB
What have you totaled? What are your best lifts?
Last meet was 550 kilo 6 weeks after face surgery; 200 squat - 120 bench - 230 deadlift @ 80,1 kilo bw.
Best gym lifts are 215-140-250, all at an out of shape 88-94kilo bw.
In December I will be competing in the Dutch Raw Championships in -83. After that im going up a weight class. I'm sure sheiko lay outs will help me a lot, just switched to sumo stance deadlifts.

Hi, new member, very excited and hopeful.

I'm from the UK, but now living in Vietnam. Teaching English to small children, doing a little personal training and enjoying life with my girlfriend and friends.

Powerlifting? Not very long, a few months. I started 4 years ago at 140kg, spent 1.5 years cutting down to 80kg using Mark Rippetoe's Starting Strength (got me some big legs but neglected the bench press, my fault). Then moved into Weightlifting (Schtangist!) and did well, enoyed it. After 2 years Snatched 105kg, Clean and Jerked 130kg at 80kg Bodyweight. Not Olympic level, but bad. Again, neglected the bench press.

Then in Vietnam I had a Stroke (at 23!!) then spent the next few months in and out of hospitals between Vietnam and England. I made an attempt to return to Weightlifting, but it just wasn't there, my brain-body connection just couldn't keep up with the speed required. So I cast my eyes to the 'ugly' sport of Powerlifting. But so far really enjoying it! 3 months in and my lifts are:

Bodyweight  90kg
Squat 165kg (High bar Weightlifting style, not ideal for Powerlifting but feels natural)
Bench 110kg (Terrible...)
Deadlift 240kg (I don't know where this came from!)

I don't compete, and don't plan to for the foreseeable future as I'm not sure what competitions even exist down here in South East Asia (though Australia isn't too far away). But I want to build the strength so that someday if/when I return to England, I can compete.

So today is my first day of Sheiko's #37 Program, then followed by the programs suggested in the +80kg lifter plan.

Thanks!

Welcome mate. What sort of facilities do they have in Vietnam?

Taiwan, Japan, Indonesia all have good powerlifting history. Wife's dad makes trip from Taiwan to Vietnam frequently seems not too expensive

Where are you from?
Missouri, USA

How long have you been training? How long have you been using Super-coach Sheiko's training?
Have been training for almost 2 years.  Short break in that time for knee surgery (not lifting related)  I have been running Sheiko's methods for about 5 months now.

Do you compete? Which Fed?
Primarily ADFPF since they hold a lot of local meets.

What have you totaled? What are your best lifts?
472.5 @ 77.5kg.  170/117.5/185.  Would like to total 500kg by years end, but I may not compete before that.
