How long have you been training? How long have you been using Super-coach Sheiko's training?
Been training for over 20 years, powerlifting since 2006. The accumulated time consistently training any of the stock sheiko program is probably a good year or year and a half; on top of that I've probably done another year or two with programs of my own that're very much based on The Knowledge.
Do you compete? Which Fed?
IPF.
What have you totaled? What are your best lifts?
My best equipped meet total is 912,5kg with 345kg-207,5kg-360kg but my meet PR:s are 345kg-220kg-375kg.
I'm not a very good raw lifter, my meet PR:s there are: 257,5kg-162,5kg-305kg.
All but the raw bench press and deadlift are done in the 120+kg category, the other two are from the old 125kg class.

Height/ weight
189cm, 130:ish kg in shape, 120:ish now.

And the what now?
Trawling the forums looking for insights and the motivation to get my a** in shape so that I can start competing again. I'm a lazy fatty at the moment :/
