I’m equipped benchpresser and like to know should i do set maxes from my equipped max or raw maxes to app. If i do set equipped maxes do i have to lift everytraining with benchshirt. Like example benchpress with chains where my set is 4x3@147,5kg. My raw max is about 160kg and equipped is 210kg right now. Should i bench that with shirt or without. And What about chain? Should i add them to that weight? Or are they in that weight? Thank you for your response for my stupid questions!
