Bench press technique

Hello everybody!
I am new here and am 22 years old
I want to improve my bench press.
I want to get the russian tecnique.
Can you help me to improve it?
Sq: 160 kg
Bp: 143
Dl: 185

I recently read a book called Power to the people professional where it said that.
