Running Sheiko without a meet

I was wondering whether its best to just run #37 and #30 together a few times with a week deload, and then doing #32 if I wasn't looking to do a meet for a while. Or would it still be best for me to run all 3 in a row. Thanks

I know that I have (and probably Robert too) provided answer for similar question. I suggest using the forum search function to find the threads in question.
