Would appreciate feedback on my form on bench. I have attached two links to both close or some would say middle grip and wider grip. I am told wider grip will improve my bench, however as videos demonstrate I feel stronger with closer grip bench. I have longer arms and legs in comparison to my torso if that makes a difference to my preferred technique.
My comp bench pb is 115k and in the gym 122.5. I seem to get stuck mid way up.
