Hi guys
Just wondering if someone can look at the videos above and see if anything jumps out as to why I get excessive DOMS in my adductors after back squats? They can last for up to 5 days and almost feel like a strain.
Someone has mentioned that the arch of my foot moves in sometimes, could this cause the adductors to work harder than they should?
Any help would be much appreciated as it is really affecting my training and progress.
