26 weeks left, what approach should I take?

Hi to all,

Hoping you can help me out. I have 26 weeks left till next comp but already started with the 4-day program.

Was thinking of doing following:

1: continue the program, in week 3 right now, up to 12th week where mock meet is done. = 9 weeks left after this week.
2: take a deload after. + 1 week
3: continue the program with new maxes produced in 12th week but skip the adaption phase -> 6+5+5 = 16 weeks

Is this a proper way for approach? Or are the weeks after the max test that important, that they are best done in any case, regardless that this would mean skipping other weeks when going for the next cycle?
