App load selection

So after running the medium load my squat decreased bench increased and deadlift staid the same.

I'm 16 weeks out from a competition and was wondering the following

1. If I should repeat medium load and decrease maxes for squat and dead (don't know if I didn't get enough stimulus or enough recovery, I never missed a lift just a lot felt heavy as hell...)
2. If I should run the smaller or larger load instead
3. If I should do very the prep cycles

Last cycle I hit (450,355,500) at 165
