Ive just been thinking about my training over last year. I hated doing deadlifts to the knees and then finishing the lift. I noticed that the only deadlifts to the knees in the advanced program I have done so far have been deadlifts (up to the knees). If I was to add these back in to possibly replace the deadlifts to the knees should I just drop the percentage a bit? or is there a reason that they are not included?
