Workout Progression

I have finished the 4 week beginner prep cycle. When I started the app for my latest workout it was back at beginner prep cycle week 1 day 1. Is this correct? I assumed I would move forward to the beginner competition cycle.

Yeah, you should do that one next. Click on it in the settings to pick that one. The app won't automatically change your cycle.
