I did some easy doubles on 170 (85 %) this monday. My shoulder is feeling wonky some days, so might go to my sportstherapist soon. Body weight is flucturing around 85 kilos. I have cut Down on the voume for a moment to better recover.

did 8 reps today on 140 in squat. Puhhhh.... Shoulder feels less wonky after taking good care of it for a period now.
