I did some easy doubles on 170 (85 %) this monday. My shoulder is feeling wonky some days, so might go to my sportstherapist soon. Body weight is flucturing around 85 kilos. I have cut Down on the voume for a moment to better recover.

did 8 reps today on 140 in squat. Puhhhh.... Shoulder feels less wonky after taking good care of it for a period now.

I did skill test last week and managed 220 in raw deadlift, which is a huge PR :)

Bench and squat didnt improve or didn't improve much but I am happy. Now the prep. training continues :)

Yesterday I did 4x5x70 kg in incline shoulder press. That is some kind of PR I think!

Also good news folks! I managed to get another high quality rack in my club. Powerlifting is going to be even more fun now! :D

Double bench sandwich today. Pretty nice. Squat was a smooth sailing today as well :)

Saturday I did a 5x45 dumbbell incline bench press which is a personal best I believe. At least I haven't been that heavy since at least 2-3 years.

I have also made a personal best in seated goodmornings with 70 kg now. BW is around 85.5 at the moment, gotta loose around a kilo to be more comfortable.
