I also trained day 2,3,5 & 6 but nothing impressive and noteworthy. I am bit tired in chest muscles after day 6's pyramid :D

From next week and on wards I intend to do video in this log instead of the usual training as I have done prior. This implies that there may be a little more quiet here but you will get videos instead :D
