I did some easy doubles on 170 (85 %) this monday. My shoulder is feeling wonky some days, so might go to my sportstherapist soon. Body weight is flucturing around 85 kilos. I have cut Down on the voume for a moment to better recover.

I did skill test last week and managed 220 in raw deadlift, which is a huge PR :)

Bench and squat didnt improve or didn't improve much but I am happy. Now the prep. training continues :)

Yesterday I did 4x5x70 kg in incline shoulder press. That is some kind of PR I think!

Also good news folks! I managed to get another high quality rack in my club. Powerlifting is going to be even more fun now! :D

Double bench sandwich today. Pretty nice. Squat was a smooth sailing today as well :)

Saturday I did a 5x45 dumbbell incline bench press which is a personal best I believe. At least I haven't been that heavy since at least 2-3 years.

I have also made a personal best in seated goodmornings with 70 kg now. BW is around 85.5 at the moment, gotta loose around a kilo to be more comfortable.

bw is around 84.5 now and I have started training equipped. Competition is in November. Shoulder is also not that wonky at the moment but I keep taking good care of it.

bw: 84.9 today. Just some squats & bench today. Were suprisingly few people in gym today. Usually it is stacked with people. Today we were at one point, only 4 people lifting :D

Bw: 84.32 in the club with clothes on yesterday. That is very for me at the moment. Better eat some more. Did the usual 2x4x80% and some slingshot bench press. Nothing exciting to report. I finally started logging at bit of training on video. Will post some time when I feel like it :)

Both wednesday and saturday I weighted 84.88... What is the chance xD

Have slight irritation below shoulderblade. Going to massage tuesday and hope it solves it. Competition soon! Looking forward to it! Form is ok :) Hope to bench 200! :D

Comp. was not a success but then I got plenty to work on. Only benched 180.

Next comp. is in march. Going to run some prep. cycles to get ready for that. Had off day monday :)

Soon Christmas. I started to look more up when I squat and Deadlift. I feel like that have helped on the lifts. I haven't tried anything more than 160 raw in the squats. It is a wee bit harder in the deadlift when using hook grip. If using mixed grip it is much easier to look up.
