LowBar-Highbar SQUAT

I'm a 38 y.o. (poor)lifter  from Italy.
I'm trying to "rebuild" all my powerlift with a decent technique.
First about  squat:
I try to execute an "high bar - flat shoes - to teh box" squat in which I can stay more vertical, but I feel it more instable and tend to loose my low back quite soon...


...and  a low bar - olyshoes - squat (with wraps in this video) that I feel more stable but too "lean forward"


Some advice on what kind of squat style to choose.
