Where from?
- Canada. BC.

How long training?
- general lifting many years. Had done several older Sheiko plans previously before taking things more seriously.

Compete?
- have not officially. Plan on entering a raw IPF when I can. (If anyone else in my area already does, contact me!).

Totals, best?
Non competition (but full depth, pause etc) squat: 335 lb, bench: 295 lb, deadlift: 440 lbs. I currently weigh 195lbs.

Hey guys,

My name is Hugo and I live in the UK. I have been training for quite a while, but I only started competing in 2012. I compete in the GBPF/IPF.

My best competitions lifts are 250kg/145kg/272.5kg @ 105kg.

I followed the Sheiko routines for around 2 to 3 years before starting doing my own thing.

I will create a training log where I detail my lifting a bit more. :)

I suppose the first time I messed with a barbell was in August of 2013.
I have just now started training Sheiko at the start of this month and really enjoy it. I ran 5/3/1 for 4 months prior.

*Do you compete? Which Fed?
I have not competed yet, but I have my first competition in mid May.

*What have you totaled? What are your best lifts?
My maxes are currently 150lb bench, 255lb deadlift, 170lb squat @ 120lbs. (68kg bench, 116 deadlift, 77 squat @54kg BW.)

Sheiko since Autumn 2013.  Before that Russianbear from Pavel Tsatsouline since 2010.

Yes i compete. DSF (IPF).

240 SQ, 145 BP, 215 DL = 600 kg (equipped).
I am in the -74 kilo class but going to move up a weight class. I'm 169 cm high.

I have been training for about 5-6 years. I startet with some bodybuilding, crossfit and now powerlifting (for a year or so). I have been trying a lot of different programs like Russianbeawr from Pavel, Westside, my version of a Dan Green program, 5,3,1 and now Sheiko for the past 6 to 8 months.

177 kg Squat, 115 kg Bench Press and 180 kg Deadlift (Raw). I'm 190cm and 86kg

Started training in January, and am just now beginning my first cycle of Sheiko. I'm here to learn as much as I can about this style of programming.

Do you compete? Which Fed?
I don't compete yet, but will probably look into it towards the end of the year. Not sure about feds, but will definitely be raw.

What have you totaled? What are your best lifts?
I haven't tested my maxes yet, but I'm using the following e1RM's for my maxes on my first cycle (bw = 167 lbs):
Squat: 335 lbs
Bench: 235 lbs
Dead: 375 lbs

Been training for 4 years, not focusing much on strength until May 2016, when I started using Sheiko programs.

I don't compete yet, but when I do it will most likely be raw.

Yes it does. I live Frankfurt for the moment. Any good places to hit gym around here? I know about ASV griesheim, KSV Langen but also heard Darmstadt, Kassel and others have good places...

6.5yrs training bodybuilding style. Just started Sheiko style training and loving it.
*Do you compete? Which Fed?
I will be competing soon after a few prep cycles. The USAPL/IPF is the fed I will be competing. I plan to compete in the 105kg(231lb) weight class eventually, currently sitting around the 93kg(205lb) weight class. I'm 6'0 tall exactly or 183cm

Squat: 227kg
Bench: 154kg
Deadlift: 272kg
